Because our products are handmade, we recommend hand washing your bandana in cold water and leaving it out to air dry.

Our orders ship so fast that we cannot accept cancelled orders.


Because we are such a small business, we unfortunately do not accept returns. We have very specific sizing charts included on every listing and we highly recommend measuring your dog's neck before placing an order.

If the address you entered at checkout is incorrect, please email us ASAP at If you package has not shipped, I can still change your address!

If your package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or a forgotten unit number, the customer will be required to pay shipping a second time in order to have the package re-shipped.

Once the package has been returned to sender, it is no longer usable. Please understand why I have these rules in place, and double-check all of your information <3

We sure do! We ship worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated on your country's location and weight of your package.

We count on USPS to deliver your package once it leaves my studio. Therefore, once your package leaves my hands, it is out of my control. If the postal service loses your package, please file a claim at this link

If you chose Route Insurance at checkout, a replacement will be 100% covered via Route. Your order, if we have the product in stock, will be sent out within 48 hours of the claim being filed. If we no longer have the product, we will reach out to you via email.

Boho + Bark is not responsible for replacing or refunding lost, stolen, or missing packages if Route Insurance was not purchased at checkout.
